About Katie

Katie’s love for photography started at a early age. At the young age of eight years old she knew she had found her calling. Over the years Katie accomplished many winnings from the Dixie Classic Fair for several different photography categories.

Her mother bought her first camera when she turned ten years old. The camera was a Canon EOS Rebel XS. As she enjoyed to take pictures of mostly anything, she realized photographing people was her favorite. Whether it was taking pictures of real life moments, sports, or just her friends she made a strong connections in her life through photography.

After graduating from Ronald Reagan High School in 2017 and working at Farrago Hair Salon for two years, Katie finally decided it was time to really pursue her dream of becoming a professional photographer. Several people had recommended Randolph Community College. Fall of 2018 she was enrolled in their photography program.
